Imran Khan will be arrested as soon as his bail expires, announced by Pakistan’s Home Minister Rana Sanaullah. This makes it clear that the former Pakistani Prime Minister and head of the Tehreek-e-Insaf party is going to suffer a lot more.
According to Sanaullah, Imran Khan has been arrested due to the expiration of his bail period. This is because during the Independence March he clashed with police and was issued an arrest warrant by Islamabad Police Station. The arrest warrant was executed when Imran failed to appear in court on June 25
Sources have reported that Imran Khan may also be charged with conspiracy against the state. Imran arrived in Islamabad on Monday to attend a core committee meeting, which was being held at Bani Gala’s residence. Imran and one of the leaders of his party, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, had already announced their resignation from the Pakistan National Assembly.
Imran Khan is a former cricketer hoping to take over the government. He claims that those who have lost power will destroy all institutions and the judiciary of Pakistan, this time.
